Mommy Blogger

Today I read a friend's blog and at the end of the entry he wrote, "I hope this doesn't make me a Mommy blogger!" because what he was writing about was so dull and unintellectual and domestic. I'm not going to lie, I kind of took offense.
Especially since his blog is all about his family, his children, cooking, photography, and religion. All very Mommy-bloggery (you can read the blog I am referring to here).

I am a mommy blogger. But I'd like to think that my posts aren't dull and unintellectual. At least, not all of them are anyway.

But with that being said, I'm pretty sure I don't have anything else to share that wouldn't be in direct conflict with the above statement...
